Kudos to Bernisha Moreau and Elianette Joly for Representing DSC in Windward Islands Inter-College Debates

Congratulations to Miss Bernisha Moreau and Elianette Joly on a job well done on representing the Opposing Side Dominica State-College -DSC (DOM) on the topic: ‘Privatization of Waste Services Leads to Greater Efficiency and Improved Waste Management in the OECS.

They went up against the Proposing Side, Sir Arthur Lewis Community College-SALCC (SLU) this morning in the Recycle OECS Windward Islands Inter-College Debates.

The DSC received total points of 956, while the SALCC received 1,047.
